Pnack是3P的點心系列 命名來自3P+snack Pnack第一作鮭魚棒!!!
先用壓力鍋將魚骨煮爛後打成漿 加入蔬菜粉和全麥麵粉 然後用乾燥機烘乾20小時
我用了一整包魚骨. 半包麵粉. 0.5kg的綜合蔬 最後烘出來的鮭魚棒竟然只有800g不到~"~

因為烘的很脆 所以超容易斷XD 導致成品長度很不一
