Pnack.金角星星餅 
原料來源:卜蜂去皮去骨清肉1kg. 鼎耀雞軟骨1kg. 日盛全麥麵粉. 燕麥片
做法:先將軟骨以快鍋煮8min 再把肉+軟骨打成泥 加入麵粉及燕麥片攪成麵團 
取等量大小分塊 以乾燥機68°C烘烤24小時 因為含了軟骨角和燕麥片 所以形狀很不規則

金角星星餅特寫 有些白白的地方是軟骨烘脆後白化 這餅是硬脆脆的唷 而且蠻香的
